2. The external processor mandate

All AI tools are treated as external processors. Participants are taught the safe-to-email test: never input anything into an AI tool that would not be safe to email to an external third party.

• Zero trust policy - assume public LLMs may use data for training unless enterprise or API protections are in place.

3. Data handling and workshop architecture

• No access to CRM or internal data is required.
• All engagement assets and outputs are created on participants' own devices.
• Exercises use high-level industry context or anonymised placeholder data.

4. Prohibited data

• Real customer or prospect contact details
• Pricing schedules, internal margins, or deal values
• Legal contracts, SOWs, or proprietary proposals
• Passwords, API keys, or internal system URLs

5. Technical guardrails

• Use temporary or incognito modes where appropriate.
• Disable memory features where needed.
• Align training to the organisation's approved AI stack.

6. Output integrity and accountability

• Human-in-the-Loop review is mandatory.
• AI-suggested claims should be verified against primary sources before use.
