Training Services
These terms apply to the purchase and delivery of NovaSQ training services. By confirming a booking in writing, the client agrees to these terms.
1. Provider details

2. Services
NovaSQ provides on-site training workshops and related materials as described on the website and in the written booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard workshop is two half-day on-site sessions.
3. Booking and acceptance
A booking is confirmed when the client accepts the booking confirmation in writing and pays the required deposit. Dates are not secured until both written acceptance and the deposit are received.
4. Fees and invoicing
Fees are quoted on request and confirmed in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is split 50 percent deposit to secure dates and 50 percent invoiced after delivery, payable within 14 days.
5. Travel and expenses
Where travel outside NovaSQ's usual base is required, the client is responsible for approved travel and related expenses. Non-refundable travel costs remain payable if plans change after approval.
6. Rescheduling
The client may request a reschedule with at least 1 business day notice, subject to availability.
7. Cancellation
More than 1 business day before start - full refund of deposit. Within 1 business day or non-attendance - deposit less a $500 administration and loss-of-opportunity fee. Non-refundable travel costs remain payable.
8. NovaSQ guarantee after Session 1
If at the end of Session 1 the client decides the workshop does not align with their goals, they may choose not to proceed with Session 2. Written notice must be given no later than 5:00 PM local time on the day Session 1 is completed and before Session 2 begins.
- NovaSQ will not deliver Session 2
- The deposit will be refunded in full
- No further Session 2 fees will be invoiced
- Approved travel expenses already incurred remain payable
9. Client responsibilities and IT readiness
The client provides a suitable on-site environment and ensures participants have laptops and access to required AI tools and LinkedIn. Internal IT and firewall access remain the client's responsibility.
10. Substitution of attendees
Attendees may be substituted at any time if substitutes complete any required pre-work.
11. No recording
Sessions must not be recorded by the client or participants.
12. Intellectual property
NovaSQ retains all intellectual property rights in its materials. The client receives a limited licence for internal use by the original booking group only.
13. Confidentiality and data handling
NovaSQ does not require access to sensitive proprietary data. The client is responsible for ensuring participants do not disclose confidential data into AI platforms.
14. AI tools, accuracy, and indemnity
NovaSQ does not control the security or privacy practices of third-party AI platforms and does not warrant the accuracy of AI output. The client remains responsible for verification before use.
15. Non-solicitation
The client agrees not to solicit or engage NovaSQ personnel for 12 months following the services.
16. Provider unavailability and force majeure
NovaSQ is not liable for failures to perform due to causes outside its reasonable control and will work to reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
17. Disclaimers and liability
Outcomes depend on participant engagement and NovaSQ does not guarantee specific revenue results. Liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
